Veljko Popović

Veljko Popović was born in 1979. He graduated in 2003 from the Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. Since 2012, he has been permanently employed at the Arts Academy in Split, where he teaches animation. His films, which range from classic 2D animation, through 3D computer animation, to virtual reality experiences and gallery installations, have won more than 100 awards at international festivals around the world. He is the co-founder of the 2D and 3D graphics and animation studio Prime Render Studios. The studio has produced content for Netflix, Universal, CBS, FOX television, SHOWTIME and others. His filmography includes titles such as „Žarko, razmazit ćeš dite!“, „Dislokacije“, „Biciklisti“, „Planemo“, „Otac“, „Dove sei, amor mio“, „Moj put“ and „Ona koja mjeri“.
