Petra Zlonoga

Petra Zlonoga was born in 1982. She earned her degree in Graphic Design from the School of Design in 2007 and in Animated Film and New Media from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 2011. She is the author of several animated films, including „Daniil Ivanoviču, slobodan si“, „Glad“, „Dota“ and „Jedan od mnogih“, as well as several short commissioned films. She has led numerous film workshops for participants of different age groups and served on the juries and selection committees of film festivals. She served as an artistic advisor for animated film at the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, and since the end of 2023 has been working as an artistic supervisor for animated film at Zagreb Film. She also works in illustration for children and adults. In collaboration with the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, in 2025 she conceived and began a series of educational materials (picture book / worksheets / animated film) related to film literacy, intended for pupils in the lower grades of primary school, entitled „Ana i Lovro u svijetu filma“.
