Ante Žužul

Dr. Ante Žužul, Chairman of the Board of Školska knjiga, was born in 1947 in Grubine near Imotski. He graduated in South Slavic languages and literature and philosophy at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, and later earned his doctorate. He was one of the initiators of the revival of Croatian university students during the Croatian Spring. He is the founder and publisher of many important works in Croatian culture, science, and literature. He writes essays and critical analyses on cultural, scientific, and socio-political events.
